Hi, I'm Acacia Uechi

pronounced (uh-kay-shuh) (ooh-etch-ee)

My design focus is to create immersive experiences resulting in a strong connection between sense of self and place. I'm curious about how architecture and people can come together to establish a warmness and blending within communities. My work assesses each specific client and project's need to bring out a strong narrative woven through every detail of the architecture and spatial planning all the way through every last detail of the finishes.

Drawing, model-making, and painting are my favorite tools for ideation and inspiration.

I love collaborating with other people & the innovation that comes through shared ideas.

I'm inspired by travel, being immersed in the life & culture beyond my own and cherish the people I meet throughout

I am a hands-on learner and challenge myself to cultivate new skills and techniques.
